Supporting professionals to reduce plastic waste in the sea

The aim of the project is to offer personalised support to certain categories of professionals in La Ciotat in terms of waste reduction, by helping them to implement alternatives. This support will be tailored to the type of professionals involved.

The CPIE proposes to support two types of professionals: retailers (restaurateurs, grocery stores, specialty shops, etc.) and market vendors in La Ciotat. This project therefore has two main focuses:

Continuing to support retailers in the centre of La Ciotat, a project that began in 2018

Proposing and initiating support for market traders in reducing waste, particularly plastic waste, at La Ciotat markets.
