The project aims to create a College of Hotels in Djerba, in coordination with local authorities and based on the model of those in Hammamet and Monastir. This collective aims to strengthen cooperation between member establishments, particularly around the reduction of single-use plastics through individualised and collective support. Ultimately, the College will be able to develop joint initiatives on other issues. It is also part of a broader approach to integrate other sustainable tourism initiatives at different levels in order to unite efforts and maximise the environmental impact in the Mediterranean.
