Ressacs sans Plastique au Parc d’Al Hoceima

With this project, teachers and their students, as well as women from a cottage-type cooperative will be invited to take part in a “design thinking” initiative in order to find ways of reducing and reusing plastic in the Al Hoceima National Park.

Design thinking is a collaborative effort through which solutions, based on users’ needs, are tested. The process consists of 7 phases: observation, overview, imagination, prototyping, testing, implementation and communication. In the first instance, participants will focus on identifying major sources of plastic pollution in the Al Hoceima National Park. They will subsequently propose substitute solutions then produce and test prototypes. A communication campaign will be conducted at the end of the project in order to share efficient and tested solutions identified during the project.
