The first solution sheet was drawn up as part of the pilot project carried out at the InterContinental Marseille – Hotel Dieu in 2022. It is one of a series of sheets designed to support hoteliers in their transition to a zero single-use plastic approach.
The second one was developed as part of the “Toward a Single-Use Plastic-Free Hotel by 2025–2026” working group. It is part of a series of sheets designed to support hoteliers in their transition to a single-use plastic-free approach.
